FAQ
Questions, Answered Plainly.
The things people most often ask before starting a project with us. If yours is not here, just ask.
What kinds of projects do you take on?
We design and build software for web, mobile, desktop, and embedded platforms. That ranges from validating a new product idea, to building a complete application, to providing a dedicated team for a product that is already live.
We only have an idea. Is that enough to start?
Yes. Many projects begin as an outline. A discovery phase turns the idea into a clear problem statement, a prioritized scope, and a realistic plan, so you can decide how to proceed with confidence.
How do we get started?
Send us a message through the contact form. We will review it, arrange a conversation to understand your goals in more detail, and then suggest a recommended approach with a clear outline of scope, team, and next steps.
How do you estimate cost and timeline?
Estimates follow understanding. Once we know what you need, we provide an estimate based on scope and team. Where requirements are still uncertain, we recommend a short discovery phase first, so the estimate rests on evidence rather than guesswork.
Can you work with our existing team or codebase?
Yes. We can extend your team with additional capacity, take on a defined part of the product, or begin with a technical review of an existing system and recommend how to move it forward.
Which technologies do you use?
We choose the technology to suit the product, your team, and the long-term maintenance picture, and we agree the stack with you during discovery. If you already have a preferred stack, tell us and we will discuss the fit.
How will we know how the project is going?
You see working software regularly and receive honest progress updates. If a risk appears, you hear about it as soon as we do, along with our recommendation for handling it.
What happens after launch?
Launch is the beginning of a product's life. We offer ongoing support and continued development, improving the product based on feedback and real use.
Who owns the work you produce?
Ownership and licensing are set out clearly in our agreement with you before work begins, so there is no ambiguity later.
